Alkali-resistant Fiberglass Mesh
It has good alkali resistance, provides additional crack resistance and strength to ensure that the building project will not degrade during the long-term use of 70 years.
Fiberglass Roofing Mat
It is usually used to make polyurethane boards/gypsum boards/rock wool boards for building exterior walls to enhance anti-penetration and anti-cracking properties.

N: Alkali-resistant glass fiber mesh is the core reinforcement material of the EIFS system, embedded in the plaster mortar layer to prevent cracking and improve impact resistance. Its alkali resistance is achieved through special coatings (such as zirconium-titanium based coatings), which can resist the high alkaline corrosion of cement mortar (pH>12) and have long-term stability of more than 25 years. The mesh density (such as 160g/m²) and aperture design (such as 4mm×4mm) optimize the tensile strength (≥1500N/5cm) and mortar permeability.
N: Local damage (such as mesh tearing) can be repaired as follows:
Remove the mortar layer at the damaged area and clean the base.
Cut a new mesh cloth to cover the damaged area and extend it 10cm outward.
Apply mortar in layers to restore the finishing layer.
N:The fiberglass mesh tape is specially designed for joints and corners, with a tensile strength of ≥100N/cm (3 times higher than ordinary tapes), and alkali resistance ensures long-term compatibility with mortar. During construction, it needs to be laid with an overlap of 5-10cm and fully embedded in the mortar layer to avoid hollowing, which can significantly reduce the risk of cracking in the joints.
N：Niumaterial recommend opting for Western Union, as it offers a more favorable handling fee. However, for new clients, we currently only accept payments through 50% T/T. On the other hand, if you have been a long-standing customer and are experiencing financial constraints, we offer the option of OA credit.
N: The coating mat is based on glass fiber and coated with a flexible polymer (such as polyurethane) to form a seamless waterproof barrier with a hydrostatic pressure of ≥50kPa (in accordance with EN 1928). Its flexibility and adhesion are compatible with a variety of finishing layers (paint, tiles, stone), and its impact resistance (tested by EN 1015-21) ensures that the finishing layer is not easy to fall off.
N：It depends on whether you need customization, if you don’t need customization and we have stock, we can ship it within 7 days, if you need customization, it will take 7~15 days!
